Shipping and returns

Every order runs through the Amazon listing, which is also where returns are handled.

Shipping

Shipping is free on every order with no minimum. Orders leave within about two business days and most US addresses see delivery inside three to seven days. Prime delivery estimates shown on the listing are the accurate ones for your address.

Returns

There is a 90-night comfort guarantee on the pillow. If the height never comes right, it goes back. Returns are processed through Amazon under the order, which is the quickest route and the one that does not need us in the middle.

Worth knowing

  • Keep the packaging for the first couple of weeks in case the pillow goes back.
  • Try the layer settings before deciding. Most returns we hear about were a height problem rather than a pillow problem.
  • Damaged or missing items are handled on the order page and usually resolved same day.

Warranty

The manufacturer warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. Normal flattening from years of use is not a defect, though on this fill it takes considerably longer to arrive.
