Our read on Bedsure

Bedsure lands in the upper middle of our list and wins on price. The Bedsure Bed Pillow scores 6.8 and ranks 19th of 53, at $16.50 a pillow against a $25 median for down alternative fill, while the PureWoven Hotel Pillow scores 7.3 on an early read of only 122 ratings. Flatness holds the brand back, with 84% of 334 mentions negative, and so do policies thinner than the pillows: no sleep trial and no published warranty.

The company

Who is behind Bedsure

The site that sells Bedsure, bedsurehome.com, is operated by Bedshe International Co., Ltd., with a contact address in New York, NY. A CPSC recall lists the same company as importer in Walnut, California, and the OEKO-TEX record for one of its certificates places Bedshe International in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, China. In a September 2026 press release, Shinebed International presents Bedsure as one of its brands next to Breescape and Lesure, and names Helen Wu as Shinebed's founder. How Shinebed and Bedshe International connect legally is not published.

Bedsure's one recall on record is not a pillow. On March 9, 2023, the CPSC announced a recall of about 350,000 Bedsure electric heating blankets and pads after 137 reports of fire, burning, melting or overheating. No pillow recall turned up.

History

Bedsure history

Bedsure's own timeline starts long before the brand. It traces the business to Tianyi Embroidery, which entered the global market as a manufacturer between 1979 and 2001, then lists a move into the US and Japanese markets in 2002, ODM manufacturing in 2005 and self-owned brands in 2008.

The Bedsure name launched in 2016 through international online retail platforms, per the same timeline. Pet and premium bedding sub-brands, Lesure and Double Stitch, followed between 2021 and 2023. In September 2026 Shinebed showed the brands at its New York showroom and reorganized Bedsure into five lines: PureWoven, Collections, Solutions, Essentials and Comfy Pet. One of the two pillows on our list carries that PureWoven name.

Materials

What Bedsure pillows are made of

Bedsure names its fills plainly. The GentleSoft Hotel Pillows use polyester fiber, and another model packs a 50/50 blend of spiral and hollow fiber into a diamond-quilted microfiber cover. In the dual-chamber CottonCloud, down alternative and 3D fiber sit inside a 300 thread count cotton cover. Foam shows up in two models: the Side Sleeper Adjustable mixes down alternative with memory foam, and the OLoop Cervical has a C-shaped memory foam core. Both pillows we score are down alternative fiber.

The certificates need a closer look. Product pages print OEKO-TEX numbers 24.HCN.63690 and SH025 123001, and the public label check shows the first, held by Bedshe International, as expired, though Bedsure still cites it on the Side Sleeper Adjustable and OLoop pages. The second is valid but belongs to a supplier, Shandong Santa Textile Co., Ltd., which fits one page's wording about a certified factory. CertiPUR-US does list Bedsure in its directory, which backs the OLoop foam claim at brand level.

Policies

Trial, returns and warranty

Buy direct and you can return new, unopened items within 30 days, less a $9.99 handling fee, which rules out anything like a sleep trial. The brand's FAQ words it differently, as a hassle-free 30-day policy with a full refund or exchange and no questions asked, so its own pages disagree. Of the two, the returns page is the more specific text and the one to hold the brand to. Its warranty page is empty, and no product warranty is stated anywhere else.

Comfort is its strong suit, with 81% of 633 mentions positive, and 68% of 986 softness mentions are positive too. Support and shape split the other way, as 64% of 306 support mentions and 84% of 334 flatness mentions are negative. Of 204 buyers who mention neck pain, 76% are positive, but ongoing pain is a reason to see a clinician. The PureWoven's 122 ratings are too few to rank, though 93% of its 29 quality mentions are positive.

Questions

Bedsure questions

Does Bedsure give you a sleep trial on its pillows?

No. Bought direct, new and unopened items can go back within 30 days, and a $9.99 handling fee applies. The FAQ promises a no-questions-asked refund, but the returns page limits returns to unopened items, so read that page before you open the bag.

Are Bedsure pillows OEKO-TEX certified?

Bedsure cites two certificate numbers. The one held by Bedshe International, 24.HCN.63690, shows as expired in the public label check, and the valid one, SH025 123001, belongs to supplier Shandong Santa Textile. Read it as a factory certificate, and see what each label proves before you weigh it.

Who owns the Bedsure brand on your pillow?

The brand site is run by Bedshe International Co., Ltd., with a New York contact address. A 2026 press release presents Bedsure as a Shinebed International brand and names Helen Wu as Shinebed's founder. The legal link between the two companies is not published.

Is the Bedsure Bed Pillow a good budget pick for you?

At $16.50 a pillow it costs less than the $25 median for down alternative pillows, and its value part scores 9.6 out of 10. Expect it to flatten, though: 84% of 334 flatness mentions are negative. Our roundup of pillows under $30 ranks the low-cost options on the same scale.
