Count the mentions, not the claim. Seven of these ten pillows have cooling among their top buyer topics, with positive shares from 49% on Coop's Eden to 86% on the Puredown. The other three are sold as cooling, yet their buyers talk about softness, flatness or support far more often.
Look for a count in the hundreds before you trust a share. If you sleep hot, 86% from 22 buyers tells you less than it seems, since a handful of new reviews could move it, while 67% from 1,409 will barely shift.
