Who is behind Utopia Bedding

The web store at utopiabedding.com is run by Utopia Bedding, Inc., according to its Terms of Use, which cite the laws of New York, Texas and California as applicable. That spread leaves you without a single home base to point to. The site has no About page and prints no street address in its footer or policies.

The UTOPIA BEDDING trademark belongs to a different company name, Utopia Towels Inc. of Bristol, Pennsylvania. A third-party business database profiles a bedding and towel retailer called Utopia Deals, founded in 2011. No primary source we read ties it to Utopia Bedding, so we do not treat it as the parent.

Utopia Bedding publishes no history, no founders and no founding year. The dates that exist come from the trademark file. Utopia's mark was first used in commerce on February 15, 2013, filed on September 19, 2013, registered on May 13, 2014 and renewed in 2024.

On the day the brand's own store was read, most of its bed pillows showed as sold out there, and the range is sold mainly through other retailers. No recalls, lawsuits or regulator actions about Utopia Bedding turned up.

What Utopia Bedding pillows are made of

Utopia's fiber pillows use what the brand calls virgin hollow fiber, a polyester down alternative, inside a polycotton shell; the gusseted model adds a sewn side wall. The Shredded Memory Foam Pillow lists 85% shredded memory foam and 15% polyester fiber under a microfiber jacquard cover, and a zipper lets you take fill out. No proprietary material is named anywhere in the range.

Product pages claim OEKO-TEX Standard 100 on the bed pillows and CertiPUR-US on the shredded foam pillow. No OEKO-TEX certificate number is published, and the CertiPUR-US directory has no Utopia entry. The foam may come from a certified supplier listed under another name, but the brand itself does not appear in the lookup.

Trial, returns and warranty

There is no sleep trial. Buy direct and you can return most new items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, but only unopened, and the store pays return postage only when it made the mistake.
