The company

Who is behind Beckham Hotel Collection

The brand runs its own web store at beckhamhotelcollection.com, yet that store names no legal entity and no street address, only a support email. Law firm Buchalter reports that its client CGK Linens bought Beckham Pillows from Thrasio, in a matter dated July 21, 2026. The brand site now says it belongs to a group that also runs CGK Linens, SafeRest and Meliusly.

On paper the trademark sits with a third name. BECKHAM HOTEL COLLECTION, Reg. No. 6938934, is registered for pillows to Chris Kjeldsen LLC of Los Angeles. It was filed on June 21, 2021 and registered on January 3, 2023. No source we read gives a headquarters, so that Los Angeles address is the only one in public view.

History

Beckham Hotel Collection history

Beckham publishes no founding year. Its About page credits a founder named Matt Beckham, a name we could not confirm in any independent source, so read it as the brand's own account. The earliest date on record is October 15, 2015, which the USPTO file gives as the first use of the mark in commerce.

At some point the brand passed to Thrasio, a company that bought and ran brands selling online. The date of that purchase is not public in the sources we read. Thrasio listed Beckham Hotel Collection in the Home category of its portfolio. When Thrasio filed for Chapter 11 in the District of New Jersey on February 28, 2024, trade press named Beckham among its home brands.

The sale to CGK Linens was reported in 2026. Through all of this, no recall or regulator action about Beckham pillows turned up.

Materials

What Beckham Hotel Collection pillows are made of

Most Beckham pillows are polyester fiber, which the brand calls "synthetic goose feather", and its About page names double-brushed microfiber as a shell fabric. The flagship set wraps hollow fiber in a 100% cotton cover. Two adjustable models let you take fill out, one with down alternative fiber and one with memory foam, and a down pillow with a 460 thread count cover tops the range. The brand names no proprietary material.

Two details on the flagship product page contradict each other: it gives 250 thread count in the overview and 400 in the specs, and it calls the same pillow both plush and medium-firm. Beckham claims OEKO-TEX certification for its materials but prints no certificate number, so the claim cannot be checked, and the CertiPUR-US directory has no Beckham entry. The down pillow's page states RDS, and no public lookup confirmed that either.

Policies

Trial, returns and warranty

Buy direct and you get 30 nights: the refund policy asks you to contact customer care within 30 days of purchase. Beckham publishes no warranty on its refund policy, FAQ or product pages, so that window is the only cover the brand names. The policy says nothing about pillows bought from other retailers, which means the return terms of the store you used are the ones to read.

The Adjustable Memory Foam Pillow draws a kinder pool, with 83 mentions of neck support at 88% positive, though flatness still runs 59% negative across 37 mentions. On the Down Pillow, 12% of 142 ratings are one star and value for money runs 60% negative.

Beckham Hotel Collection suits

  • You want a fiber pillow with a huge rating pool behind it and a cover that goes in the washing machine with the rest of the pillow.
  • You switch sleep positions and want to remove fill yourself, from $39.99 for the adjustable down alternative model.
  • You prefer cotton next to your face: the flagship set lists a 100% cotton cover.

Look elsewhere if

  • You need a pillow that keeps its height: 77% of the 4,256 flagship buyers who mention flatness are negative.
  • You want a warranty or a certification you can look up; Beckham publishes neither.
  • You are shopping for down: the Beckham down pillow costs $100 a pillow against a $34.99 median for feather and down.

Questions

Beckham Hotel Collection questions

Who are you buying from when you order a Beckham Hotel Collection pillow?

The brand belongs to CGK Linens, which bought it from Thrasio according to a Buchalter case note dated July 21, 2026. Its trademark is registered to Chris Kjeldsen LLC of Los Angeles. No legal entity appears on the web store, so keep your order confirmation.

Will a Beckham Hotel Collection pillow go flat on you?

Many buyers say it does. Of 4,256 buyers who mention flatness on the flagship, 77% are negative, and support splits almost evenly over 7,791 mentions. The memory foam set does better, with 84% of 32 shape retention mentions positive.

Can you return a Beckham pillow that does not suit you?

If you bought it on the brand's own store, contact customer care within 30 days of purchase. The brand says nothing about pillows bought elsewhere and publishes no warranty, so check your store's rules before the window closes.

Should you choose the Beckham memory foam set over the flagship fiber set?

The memory foam set scores 7.2 against 6.6 and has the better complaint profile, 7.3 against 5.7. It costs $40 to $45 a pillow in a two-pack against $30. Only its cover goes in the washer: the maker says to machine wash it cold and air dry it, and the foam itself is never washed. Our Beckham vs Utopia Bedding comparison puts the flagship against a cheaper gusseted rival, and the down alternative guide explains how fiber fills lose loft.
