Beckham fills one queen pillow with 950 g of hollow-fiber down alternative and adds a bonus bag of the same fill. Unzip the cover to pull fiber out for a lower, softer pillow, or pack extra in for a taller, firmer one. The maker's guide runs side sleepers full, stomach sleepers thin, back sleepers in between.

Care
Machine wash, then air dry
Toss the whole pillow in the washer and let it air dry, Beckham says. Its 250-thread-count cotton cover closes with a zipper the maker says lies flat along the edge.
