MyPillow fills the pillow with what it calls patented interlocking fill, a shredded foam behind a cotton cover with a 2-inch gusset. You pick the firmness when you order: Least Firm, Medium, Firm or Most Firm. There is no zipper for changing it later, which raises the stakes on that choice, since 76% of 476 firmness comments are negative.

According to the listing, the pillow helps you fall asleep faster, sleep without interruption and snore less. No evidence for any of that appears on the page, so read it as advertising. A queen measures 28 by 18.5 inches including the gusset.

A Premium that goes back under that 10-year warranty may cost you something, since the BBB said in 2017 that customers had to pay a fee for such returns.
