Side, back and stomach sleepers all appear on the maker's list, but only because the fill comes out. If you sleep face down, expect to remove a large share, so keep a bag handy for the spare foam.

A cool face and a bamboo rayon face on one cover
One side of the removable cover is a 50% "silky ice" fabric that QUTOOL calls ice-cool. Flip it over and you get 60% polyester and 40% bamboo-derived rayon at 350 thread count, which the maker sells as the breathable side. Only the cover goes in the washer. To help a new core expand, QUTOOL suggests patting it into shape or giving it 10 minutes in the dryer.
